Chili Man!

Use left and right arrows to Choose the difficulty level.

Use up and down arrows to choose player.

Hit Enter to start Game. 

When you start game,

Use left and right arrow keys to move, space bar to jump and "F" key to shoot. 

When you transform into Chili Man! via upgrade you will use All arrow keys to move around the screen. "S" key to Shoot lazer, "D" key to Shoot Pulse weapon, "F" key for super speed!, and "A" key for invisibility and invincibility.
